Inspiration

Inspiration by the Spirit of Scripture is not a one-time event. The same Holy Spirit breathes into our reading of Scripture. That is why it is the living word and brings us to salvation. 

Without the Holy Spirit, it is just words. Ask anyone to confirm this. Those with the Spirit know this to be true. Those without the Spirit will say it doesn't make sense or apply.
