Acts 8:29 ESV
29 And the Spirit said to Philip, “Go over and join this chariot.”
The Spirit didn't say why, just go. When Philip got there he did what he found to do. The same Spirit guided him. God moves and speaks the same way today. Sometimes we don't know why but we have to go. Not everyone gets the same call, or at the same time. Philip went by himself, but with the Spirit.
