Galatians 6:17 ESV
17 From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus.
Paul is transformed by the touch of Jesus in such a way as to be visible. When you observed him there was no doubt he had been with Jesus, that he was with Jesus. Just as the face of Moses glowed after he left the glory of the Lord on that mountain, so does the presence of the Holy Spirit affect the countenance and character of the believer.
By His stripes we are healed. When we put on Christ we take on His wounds. As we renew our minds and change our lives, we grow in the body of Christ. It is a marked difference.
