But We Have - 1 Corinthians 2:16

1 Corinthians 2:16
“For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

Is it true that we have the mind of Christ? Is the word of God true? Can it be trusted? Can He be trusted?

The answer is YES! Consider this outrageous truth. Consider who you are.

This is the fundamental question to the good news of the gospel. If one comes to understand that grace and truth came through Jesus Christ, the answer is a joyous yes. The natural man cannot understand this. It is when we can lift our eyes from our natural state to the grace of God that the gospel makes sense. The answer to the meaning of life lies outside of ourselves, until we join the body of Christ. Then we become part of the meaning of life.

As believers, we are sealed by the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ. The Holy Spirit connects us with the mind of Christ. He dwells within us. He is with us. God is with us.

1 Corinthians 2:11-13
For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.
