2 Corinthians 3:17-18
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
Those in the body of Christ have been sealed in the Spirit, which means they have been sealed in the Lord. We will have to meet the Lord before He returns to earth because we are in the Lord, in the twinkling of the eye. The Holy Spirit will have to leave the earth before Christ returns just as Jesus, Yeshua, had to leave before the Holy Spirit would come. The Holy Spirit is abiding with each believer. We have been joined with Christ and are one with Him. We will be part of the second coming.
Where the Spirit is, there is freedom. We are unshackled from sin in the Spirit and will soon be freed from the gravity of the earth and the clutches of the old creation. The Lord enjoys the divine freedom of His inheritance. We will be like Him.
We behold the glory of the Lord because He has turned His face towards those who turn to Him. In His presence we are transformed into His image. His light begets light.
