Romans 8:35 ESV
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
We have the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of God, and are one with that Spirit. This is the Spirit of life that has become part of the spirit of the reborn. That life is eternal. We may become separated from this mortal body, but never from the everlasting life of God.
The love of Christ has seeped into the very marrow of our bones and we have become bone of His bones, as He became flesh of our flesh. What God has joined together no man may part. This He did in love.
