Isaiah 41:14 ESV
Fear not, you worm Jacob,
you men of Israel!
I am the one who helps you, declares the Lord;
your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
The Hebrew word for men implies a small number, in this case a remnant.
A redeemer in Israel is performed by a kinsman. Jesus was descended from the Jewish nation.
The redeemer of all men is a kinsman to man as well. He descended from heaven to share in our flesh, to become a brother to us all.
He is our Redeemer and the Holy One of the earth.
