But you have a custom that I should release one man for you at the Passover. So do you want me to release to you the King of the Jews?” They cried out again, “Not this man, but Barabbas!” Now Barabbas was a robber.
Once again the theme of the choice between the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is repeated. This time the choice is displayed in the flesh.
Now the choice takes place in the flesh of each man and woman. It is up to us to decide. It has ever been before us. Who do you choose to release?
