His Holy habitation - Psalms 68:5-7

Psalms 68:5-7 NASB
A father of the fatherless and a judge for the widows,
Is God in His holy habitation.
God makes a home for the lonely;
He leads out the prisoners into prosperity,
Only the rebellious dwell in a parched land.
O God, when You went forth before Your people,
When You marched through the wilderness,
Selah.

Jesus came to the world and led the captives with Him when He ascended to the Father.
He gathered them from the wilderness of this dark place.
He sends the rains of heaven upon the righteous and makes His habitation among men.
