It seeks fertile ground
The Word is given
The vine takes root
Branches come forth
The owner searches for fruit
Fruit that is sweet in His mouth
Flesh is but a seed
Tiny, yet contains a tree
When spirit is reborn
Replanted in God’s kingdom
Bearing heavenly fruit
And leaves of healing
