Hear Me - Psalms 4:1

Psalms 4:1 ESV hear my prayer 

To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Psalm of David. Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness!

You have given me relief when I was in distress.

Be gracious to me and hear my prayer!

We are to wait on the Lord, even as He waits patiently for us.

Micah 7:7

But as for me, I will look to the Lord;

I will wait for the God of my salvation;

my God will hear me.
