Psalms 2:4-6 ESV
He who sits in the heavens laughs;
the Lord holds them in derision.
Then he will speak to them in his wrath,
and terrify them in his fury, saying,
“As for me, I have set my King
on Zion, my holy hill.”
The will of God will not be denied. The word has been spoken and is set in stone, the stone of stumbling, the Rock on which we stand.
Israel is not forgotten by God. They are the living creatures of His throne on earth. They are Zion, His holy hill. There will His King rule.
