Psalms 29:3 ESV
3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters;
the God of glory thunders,
the Lord, over many waters.
The Spirit was over the waters in the beginning, and gave shape to the earth. He overshadowed Mary, and a Son was conceived. He descended upon Jesus and remained. He spoke through the Son of Man.
Through water and Spirit we are reborn. It is for the many who would come.
