Exodus 25:29 ESV

29 And you shall make its plates and dishes for incense, and its flagons and bowls with which to pour drink offerings; you shall make them of pure gold.

Part of the specifications given to Moses for those things to be placed on the table of the Presence before the Lord. The word translated dishes comes from the word meaning the hollow or flat part of the hand. This incense would be burned, signifying prayer. It is beside the bread and cup of the covenant. We offer the sacrifice of prayer as we receive the bread and drink from the cup.
