Psalms 42:11 ESV
11 Why are you cast down, O my soul,
and why are you in turmoil within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him,
my salvation and my God.
We all experience this place, for different reasons and at different times. You are no less a child of God because of them.
He is there, no matter the season of the heart. He is the reason for our hope.
