Exodus 40:16-17 ESV
This Moses did; according to all that the Lord commanded him, so he did. In the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, the tabernacle was erected.
God was specific in the building of the tabernacle. Moses complied with the commandments of the Lord.
Jesus is specific in the creation of man into the image of God.
Both the tabernacle and the new creature are the temple of presence of the Lord. It is His presence that brings the Garden of Eden into the world. He enters creation first through Israel and ends His journey in the heart of man. It is the second Son of God, Jesus, that makes this possible. He is the beginning and the end.
