John 13:31-32 ESV
When he had gone out, Jesus said, “Now is the Son of Man glorified, and God is glorified in him. If God is glorified in him, God will also glorify him in himself, and glorify him at once.
The Son of Man is glorified and God is glorified in Him. This takes place according to the word of God from the beginning. "Let there be light." The word and light of God coalesced into the Son of Man. The glory of God was made manifest in the flesh of man.
Through the way of Jesus, we are glorified by God and He is glorified in us. The word of God and His light coalesces in our flesh as we become one with Him. We enter the communion of His Spirit which brings us into the glorious life of God. This is not a one time event, but an ongoing and everlasting state of being.
