Philippians 4:21-23 ESV
21 Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me greet you. 22 All the saints greet you, especially those of Caesar's household.
23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
Sainthood is something bestowed by God alone. It is the grace and work of God, a gift undeserved by any of us, yet available to all of us.
Every believer is given that status. It is not of works, but of grace. It is not something determined by man, but a gift of God the Father.
It is the saints that gather around His table.
We are holy because He is holy.
