Your Will - Hebrews 10:5-7

Hebrews 10:5-7 NIV
Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said:
“Sacrifice and offering you did not desire,
but a body you prepared for me;
with burnt offerings and sin offerings
you were not pleased.
Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll—
I have come to do your will, my God.’”

Our ultimate purpose and good is living in the will of God. Jesus provided the perfect example of this in His life on earth. He was given a body like ours to show us how to live. In that same body He put sin to death. We are given the opportunity to do the same through the power of His name.

This is the will of God for our life, that we are reborn into His life.
