Hebrews 10:15-18 ESV
And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying,
“This is the covenant that I will make with them
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws on their hearts,
and write them on their minds,”
then he adds,
“I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.”
Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.
It is the Holy Spirit that enables the law to manifest inside our bodies. This same Holy Spirit bears witness of this reality.
The Greek word for "will remember" is in the future tense. Our sin past, present, and future will not be held against us before the throne of judgment. We can make peace with God. There is a double emphasis in the Greek for "no more".
Come take His hand this day and walk with Him. Let His peace be yours.
