Who Believes - Acts 13:38-41

Acts 13:38-41 ESV
Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses. Beware, therefore, lest what is said in the Prophets should come about:
“‘Look, you scoffers,
be astounded and perish;
for I am doing a work in your days,
a work that you will not believe, even if one tells it to you.’”

To scoff at God's work is a perilous thing. Those who discount the Lord will be astounded in the end that there is a God and His They will also be astounded to learn they will perish.

God is working even now. The word of creation is still being sounded out, reverberating through the ages. Outside of time, His word fills the void. It is living and active, bringing forth a new creation. Soon the world will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord.

You've heard the truth, the good news. Do you believe it?
