Being Shamed - Romans 1:24-27

Romans 1:24-27 ESV
Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.
For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Paul wrote this. He was the apostle of Christ bringing the good news to all that would hear. The word of God is not inclusive or tolerant of those things opposed to God. The word separates and makes holy from the unholy. Exchanging the truth about God for anything else is unGodly and dishonorable. He will give them up to that which they love.

Not being ashamed of the gospel means being ashamed of shameless acts. We will not be ashamed of the light of the gospel.

Walking in the light of the word brings us into the light.
