No Longer - Isaiah 60:18-21

Isaiah 60:18-21 NASB
“ Violence will not be heard again in your land,
Nor devastation or destruction within your borders;
But you will call your walls salvation, and your gates praise.
 “No longer will you have the sun for light by day,
Nor for brightness will the moon give you light;
But you will have the Lord for an everlasting light,
And your God for your glory.
 “Your sun will no longer set,
Nor will your moon wane;
For you will have the Lord for an everlasting light,
And the days of your mourning will be over.
 “Then all your people will be righteous;
They will possess the land forever,
The branch of My planting,
The work of My hands,
That I may be glorified.

Darkness will no longer be a part of creation. The light of the knowledge of God will shine into every dark corner.

The promised land will be delivered and the Branch of Jesse will find fertile and good ground for the tree of life to take root forever. The Garden of The Lord will be restored and made new.

It is the work of The Lord.  The end is seen from the beginning.
To Him is due all glory.

John 8:12
Jesus Is the Light of the World
 Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “ I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”
