O God -Hebrews 1:8-9

Hebrews 1:8-9

But of the Son he says,

 “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever,

the scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your kingdom.

 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;

therefore God, your God, has anointed you

with the oil of gladness beyond your companions.”

Jesus is the Son of God. He is the word of God. He is God. 

We are His companions, brothers and sisters. We share and partake in His life. 

In that life we are healed and our joy is in Him. His joy is multiplied in our joy. 

We are companions in Spirit until heaven and earth unite. 

Galatians 5:22-23

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self- control; against such things there is no law.

Isaiah 61:1

Exaltation of the Afflicted

 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,

Because the Lord has anointed me

To bring good news to the afflicted;

He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,

To proclaim liberty to captives

And freedom to prisoners;
