With You On The Way

Luke 13:23-25 (NIV)

23 Someone asked him, “Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?”

He said to them, 24 “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. 25 Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, ‘Sir, open the door for us.’

“But he will answer, ‘I don’t know you or where you come from.’

Jesus loves the world enough to give His life to save it and that no one perish. His love is for all who would receive it. We receive it when we return His love. We do this through obedience. Strive to understand His will and do it. In doing so, you will transform from the image of the world into the image of God. You will be like Christ who lived as a man in perfect obedience to the Father. 

He will know you and where you come from because He was with you on the way.
