Isaiah 55:1 ESV
“Come, everyone who thirsts,
come to the waters;
and he who has no money,
come, buy and eat!
Come, buy wine and milk
without money and without price."
The drink offered by Christ cannot be purchased with money. God's currency is the price of salvation, paid by the life of Jesus in exchange for the life of the believer which is given to Christ.
There is no price because its worth is beyond price, beyond the reach of money.
