Matthew 24:40-42 ESV
Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one left. Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.
A basic theme in the New Testament is accepting and keeping faith in The Lord. We have been made awake, that is made alive, in Christ. It can be a challenge though. Just ask those disciples that fell asleep as Jesus prayed in the garden, or the virgins with no oil in their lamps when the bridegroom appeared.
Two can believe, but one will be chosen. Stay awake with your eyes on the light and you will see Him when He comes.
