From The Beginning

Matthew 25:34 ESV

34 Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 

Ephesians 1:3-4 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. 

Creation moves toward the kingdom which is yet to be revealed as the new heaven and earth. God is making a people that are holy, therefore able come into His presence. It is only then we are able to find our rest in Him.  Choosing God, obeying Him, has always been the desire of the Father.  He has given of Himself, lavishing us in a love that is both unmatched and without end. 

We have been invited back into the Garden if we would but pick the fruit from the tree of life. He has chosen to make the choice ours. It has always been ours, from the beginning.
