Ephesians 5:13-14 ESV
But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says,
“Awake, O sleeper,
and arise from the dead,
and Christ will shine on you.”
The children of light appear out of the darkness when they open their eyes from the sleep of the dead. The radiance of God shines upon them. They are given form and filled with the life of God. Thus they are made in the image of God.
In the beginning we were without form and empty. God is doing a marvelous work and His love endures forever.
