Hebrews 1:3-4 NASB
" And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they."
The command went forth, "Let there be light" and the radiance of His glory went forth. He made man in His image, then showed the exact representation by wrapping that light in human form. He ascended to God's throne in that perfected form and sat down.
He removed the sting of death, giving the option of eternal life to those trapped in the clutches of sin.
A most excellent name He has inherited and it is the name we will inherit if we follow Him. We will be in good company as we share in His life and reign.
