Romans 12:1 ESV
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
We have given our spirit into His trust and care. He has awakened the spirit and given us life everlasting.
Our bodies remain with the blood of the earth coursing through our veins. We therefore live a double life. One is in the Spirit and one in the flesh.
Our worship becomes our obedience to God. We overcome the world by presenting our bodies to His life. His life will transform our bodies. What begins as empty and without form is given form and is filled with everlasting life.
