Acts 9:3-4 (New International Version) 3As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. 4He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, "Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?"
Consider Paul. He was misguided and destructive until he met Jesus, though he was completely confident in his own wisdom. He then saw the world in a different light, the very light that covered him on the road to Damascus. May that light shine brightly on us all and our eyes grow accustomed to His light.
