The Last Seed - Mark 4:26-29

Mark 4:26-29 NASB
Parable of the Seed
And He was saying, “The kingdom of God is like a man who casts seed upon the soil; and he goes to bed at night and gets up by day, and the seed sprouts and grows —how, he himself does not know. The soil produces crops by itself; first the blade, then the head, then the mature grain in the head. But when the crop permits, he immediately puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”

The light of the word enters the soil of our earth. It takes root in good soil and begins to grow, maturing into the image of Jesus.

Seeing the seed to maturity involves the sower and the soil, a giving and receiving. Over time a good work begun comes to fruition. The kingdom dynamic operates on and in each individual, which is part of the body of Christ. This person becomes part of the crop of believers which is the harvest sought by God.

Who will be the last seed that permits the crop to be harvested?  Apparently it's not me. You maybe?
