James 1:27
Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.
Religion is but a function of man. There are many variations, but there is one way to
God and He has shared that with us.
Jesus did not share a religion with us. Religion existed long before He came and has flourished after He left. He left us with the truth, pure and undefiled.
Galatians 5:6
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love.
