In The Middle

1 Timothy 6:11-12 ESV

11 But you, Timothy, man of God: Run for your life from all this. Pursue a righteous life-- a life of wonder, faith, love, steadiness, courtesy. 12 Run hard and fast in the faith. Seize the eternal life, the life you were called to, the life you so fervently embraced in the presence of so many witnesses. 

We can only pursue a righteous life if we move from a worldly life. It is the destination that defines the journey. It is faith that allows us to see the distant finish line and provides the power to run, to endure to that end. 

We are caught in the middle, but we are not left behind for He is with us.
