Ephesians 1:5 (NASB)
He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will,
The evolution of creation is by design. God predestined the way we should go. It is a function of time and the will of God.
It all started with His word. It will end as He says: forever.
