Luke 17:5-6 ESV
The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
This “mulberry” tree produces a fig-like fruit, but not the real thing, much like Israel not having the fruit sought by the Lord. Jesus was telling the apostles they had enough faith needed to uproot the established order of the Old Covenant.
It’s not how much faith you have as it is where or on whom it is placed.
