John 6:63-64
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who it was that would betray Him.
2 Corinthians 3:17-18
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.
God knowing who will believe and who will not in no way negates or abrogates our free will. He is God Who knows the end from the beginning. He is present in every moment since time began, and this will be case at the end of time. He knows. He is all-knowing.
It is the Spirit that gives life. The Lord is the Spirit. We join and are joined in that Spirit.
