John 15:15 NASB
15 No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.
Galatians 4:7
Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God.
We are no longer what we were. We are becoming what we are going to be.
