Different Directions

Genesis 11:2 NASB

2 And as they journeyed , they found a plain (valley) in the land of Shinar, and they settled and dwelt there.

2 And as people migrated from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there.

Different translations have the people either traveling east or from the east. The NIV has them headed east. The NASB does not include a direction. Must be evidence that translators come from different directions.
