To love as Jesus loves requires our eyes to be on Him, to turn and receive that love. It is then we can be that love.

You know, Stephen, this made me think of some children who die young. I've known of several children who have been perfect in love at a very young age, and then they've died. As if they didn't need to be shaped and pruned here in our world, so God takes them back. I guess the rest of us can be that way only by looking to Jesus for strength, as you say.
